How to buy Claude Team or Enterprise for a company in Ukraine
Claude is officially available in Ukraine, except Crimea and the Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions. Companies buy licences directly from Anthropic. We do not resell them — we help you choose a plan, connect it and set it up so seats do not sit idle.

Prices from claude.com/pricing as of 23 September 2026, excluding tax. Currency and amount depend on the billing country. Standard and Premium seats can be mixed in one team, and seats can be added mid-term. Claude Code is included in all paid plans.
How to pay from Ukraine
- Corporate card — the simplest route for Team and self-serve Enterprise. Check your bank's limits on foreign payments in advance: an annual payment for a few dozen seats can exceed them.
- Invoice — Enterprise only, arranged through Anthropic's sales team.
- Through your cloud, if the company already pays AWS, Google Cloud or Azure. Claude models are available in Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry, billed on your cloud account. That is model access for your systems and agents, not the Claude workspace for employees.
- Taxes. Anthropic prices exclude VAT. For a Ukrainian VAT payer, buying services from a non-resident usually means self-assessing VAT (Article 208 of the Tax Code). Check with your accountant.
From decision to a working team in 5 steps
- Count the seats. Who will really use Claude every day, who needs Standard and who needs Premium. We work this out in the free audit.
- Create the organisation. The owner or an admin registers the company on claude.ai, picks the plan and pays.
- Set up access. Verify the domain, enable SSO, invite people.
- Connect your systems. Connectors to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM; projects with internal documents; rules on what data may go to the model (about integrations).
- Train the team. Without it, some seats go idle within a month.
