Corporate Claude training: licences that actually get used
Implementation does not end at launch; it ends when people use the tool every day. We do not lecture about "the perfect prompt". Every workshop is built on your team's own tasks — with their documents, emails and systems.
Role-based workshops
| Role | What we practise |
|---|---|
| Sales | meeting prep, proposals, handling objections, follow-up emails |
| Support | reply templates, knowledge base, difficult tickets, analysing common complaints |
| Marketing | content plans, on-brand copy, competitor analysis, campaign reports |
| Legal | first-pass contract review, comparing versions, summarising long documents — and where the decision stays with a person |
| Engineering | Claude Code in your repository (more) |
| Managers | where AI pays off, how to measure results, which risks to control |
What stays after the training
- A library of prompts and projects for your daily tasks — in a shared Claude workspace, not in a slide deck.
- A safe-use policy: what data may go to the model, what may not, who is responsible for the result.
- An internal AI lead — a person on your team we prepare to drive the topic on their own.
Format
- groups of up to 12 people in the same role, so everyone works on their own tasks;
- online (Google Meet, Zoom) or on site in Kharkiv;
- in Ukrainian or English;
- a review session 2–3 weeks later: what worked, what did not, which tasks to add.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need licences before the training?
Ideally yes: people learn in the same workspace they will work in. We help pick a plan — see how to buy Claude Team.
Is it a basic course for everyone?
No. Each group works on its own tasks; a general intro session is optional.
How do we know the training worked?
We look at usage analytics in the Claude admin console and at which tasks people actually hand over to the model.
Priced after the audit, depending on the number of groups; ongoing support from UAH 15,000/month.
