Who processes your data
The data controller is KRUT.APP LLC (company code 37761873), Kharkiv, Ukraine, operating under the AI expressionists brand. For any data question write to consult@claudepartner.com.ua or call +38 093 888 8000.
What we collect
- Consultation request: name, company, company website, email, phone (optional), preferred date and time, format, topic and task description.
- Free AI audit: answers about your company, its processes and systems, plus contacts to send the report to. For the report we also automatically read the public text of the home page of the website you gave, or of the site at your business email domain.
- Technical data: browser language, time zone and local time, IP address (for spam protection and in server logs) and, if enabled, an approximate city based on IP.
- Site settings: your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage).
Google Ads cookies. Only if you press "Accept" in the banner does the site load the Google Ads tag, which sets advertising cookies to record form submissions and phone clicks after an ad visit. Without consent the tag is not loaded and no requests are sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. Google Ads cookies last up to 90 days.
Why
- to answer your request, agree on a time and hold the consultation;
- to prepare and send the AI audit report;
- to invoice and perform the contract;
- to protect the site from spam and abuse.
The legal bases are your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and preparing and performing a contract (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection"; for EU visitors, Articles 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. It is processed only by providers the site cannot run without:
- DigitalOcean — hosting, server in Frankfurt (Germany);
- Google reCAPTCHA (Ireland/USA) — protecting the AI audit form from bots: on the audit page Google receives technical data about your browser and device and your IP address and returns a human-or-bot score; nothing extra is required from you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse;
- Google (Ireland/USA) — Google Ads: measuring ad performance (which ads led to a request), only if you agreed in the cookie banner;
- Brevo (France) — sending confirmation and report emails;
- Anthropic (USA) — the Claude model that turns your answers into the AI audit report. Under Anthropic's terms, data sent through the API is not used to train models by default;
- Google Fonts — site fonts; Google receives your IP address when the fonts load.
Artificial intelligence in the AI audit
The free AI audit report is generated automatically by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic (USA), from your answers and your website text. No person reviews the report before you see it, so it may contain inaccuracies: treat it as a starting point rather than final advice. The report has no legal or other binding effect on you. We tell you that AI is used on the audit page before you start the questionnaire, in line with transparency requirements such as Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
Do not enter personal data of third parties (customers, employees), passwords or other confidential information. If you would like a person to prepare your consultation without AI, just write to us.
How long we keep it
Requests and audit answers are kept for no longer than 3 years after our last interaction or until you withdraw consent. Accounting records (invoices) are kept as long as the law requires. Server logs are rotated automatically.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict processing or withdraw consent. Write to consult@claudepartner.com.ua and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the version date at the top.
