MCP servers: connecting Claude to the systems your business runs on

Until Claude can see your CRM, warehouse and documents, people copy data into the chat by hand. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard Anthropic launched in 2024. With it, Claude safely reads and, where allowed, changes data in your systems. The model gets access to exactly what the task needs.

Ready-made connectors or your own MCP server

• Ready-made connectors — for popular services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion and more) they already exist in Claude. Our job is to switch them on, restrict permissions and show the team how to use them.
• Your own MCP server — for systems without a ready connector: BAS and other accounting systems, an in-house CRM, an internal database, file storage, service APIs such as Nova Poshta. We build it for your data and deploy it in your infrastructure.

Secure by default

• read-only access first; write access separately and only where needed;

Yes, through a custom MCP server on top of your configuration's HTTP services or reports.

Where does the MCP server run?

In your infrastructure or in a cloud you control. Data does not pass through our servers.

Is it only for chat?

No. The same MCP server works in Claude Code and in API-based AI agents.
